MondayCoDago
Long mornings begin in a
brick-walled room
in Dago.
The room you walk into was a warehouse first. Concrete beams kept overhead, brick left where the brick was, mid-century steel chairs welded to last another decade. Order the Spicy Kip Mayo Rice; sit until your laptop battery taps out.

Spicy Kip Mayo Rice.
The plate everyone orders the second time, after they figure out how long they actually want to stay. Fried rice cooked harder than it needs to be. Sambal that earns the “spicy”. A sunny-side egg with the yolk loose enough to dress the rice. Fried chicken with the kind of skin that crackles even after a phone call.
“Order it once and you’ll order it the next morning, too.”

A converted warehouse that embraced its own decay rather than hide it.
Walk into Monday Co and you can read the building’s history without anyone interpreting it for you. The brick was already old. The concrete beams are still concrete beams. The mid-century steel chairs were welded heavy enough to hold a four-hour stay.
The courtyard’s red metal stools are the only part of the room that asks for attention. Everything else lets you settle in.
Five plates, one verified.
Only Spicy Kip Mayo Rice carries a name we’ve verified from public sources. Everything else here is real food, real space — but the dish names will come from the cafe in the paid build.

Note — In the paid Mitra build, this rail expands with full menu, prices in IDR, and a daily-specials slot we update for you within 24 hours.

Photographs from public sources. The paid Mitra build commissions a full interior + food shoot — your own crops, your own light.
Quiet enough to actually finish a paragraph. The brick wall and a slow second coffee are why I keep coming back.
Spicy kip rice, sambal that earns the spicy, an egg you break over it. Half the laptop tables nearby are eating the same thing.
Open from morning until late, no one rushes you. It’s the kind of place that lets a four-hour stay feel correct.
Themes drawn from the cafe’s 4.6★ Google profile. Real attributed quotes from real customers will replace these in the paid build.
Walk in, find a wall, stay a while.
